Bartu Feridun is an independent composer, producer, guitarist, and audio-visual artist. His creative journey began when he picked up the guitar at the age of 13, setting the foundation for his musical exploration. However, as he progressed Bartu stumbled upon a newfound passion for composing and music production. In 2018, he ventured into music production using Ableton Live and his first single led to his acceptance into the University of Surrey's Music Composition Masters program, where he graduated with Merit. After graduating, Bartu began experimenting with various music genres and finding his new sound under his artist name "In Lucid".

Simultaneously, Bartu's interest in visual art had been growing since 2014 when he embarked on Visual Communication studies. This educational path allowed him to explore a wide range of visual arts, from graphic design to commercial visuals and motion graphics. He eventually found his niche in creating artworks by drawing in Procreate and image manipulation in Adobe Photoshop, combining audio and visuals into his creative expressions.

Furthermore, Bartu's dedication to merging his passion for music and visuals became his primary focus. He ventured into the world of video games, working as an audio lead at a startup game production company for a year. There, he collaborated closely with visual artists, contributing to the mood boards and storytelling aspects of the project while also creating soundtracks and sound effects for the game. Additionally, Bartu joined a portfolio project with Future Games students, producing soundtracks and sound effects for the game "Prismatic."

His artistic journey continues to evolve, guided by his passion for both music and visual art, he released his latest EP “III Moons” on 6th October 2023.
